Debate: the life of the Indigenous peoples in Brazil

We will follow up the film with a debate with Mgr. Kateřina Březinová Ph.D., a leading Czech expert on Latin America, who has long been involved in, among other things, research on indigenous tribes, their (self)presentation and the issue of defining their territory. You will learn how the Native Americans live in Brazil, why Yanomami are exceptional in many ways, how their life in the rainforest is influenced by decisions from the capital city Brasilia or from the ongoing COP 26 summit.
